The existing site was a cinema built in the 1930’s and located in Woolwich, South-east London. The site is situated at the junction of Polytechnic Street and Wellington Street. The entrance to the cinema is on Wellington Street with the Woolwich Town Hall adjoined and adjacent and to the west of the site. The design of the façade to the new building is in keeping with the most recent buildings established in the area such as the new Woolwich Centre recently constructed and complete opposite.

A six and ten stories residential block in Battersea Reach, South-West London containing 137 accommodations in total. Comprising of 65 privately-owned accommodations and 40 shared accommodations within Block K, 20 privately-owned and 12 shared accommodations within Block L.
Croydon | South London
The site is located in Croydon, South London. The site was a four bedroom detached house with a large garden to the rear. We were commissioned to redesign the existing house to form four self-contained accommodations and apply for planning. The flats are accessed through the communal stair core and in addition the loft was converted to a spacious accommodation by including a dormer to the rear. The house at ground floor level was extended by 8m, the full width of the house.
