Design

A meeting will be arranged for you to meet our designers and architects who will discuss and walk through with you about any areas of the design you would like talk about. At this stage we will have regular meetings to update you on our progress and to give you the chance to have your raise your points of discussion.We coordinate the required surveys and reports so you can focus on what you want from your project.

 

Planning

Once we have agreed the design of your property, we will submit the plans to the Local Authority for approval.

 

Contract Agreement

We will present you with design options and the different forms of contract that are open to you and these will be signed and agreed by both parties. These will outline the contract price, completion dates and specification and payment arrangements.

 

Building Phase

After planning has been approved and the contracts are signed, Co-efficient will start work. During this phase we will arrange regular progressmeetings to take any instructions and keep you informed of any developments or questions.

 

Conclusion

When construction and design is complete, we will provide you with a detailed explanation about the work we have done and there will be an inspection by you and our quality control team for the work carried out.

 

We will visit the property at an agreed date after completion to discuss any matters requiring discussion.
