The Institution of Structural Engineers​

 

Existing four storey building on Bastwick Street in London EC1 consisting of ground, first, second, third and roof levels. The building was previously a warehouse constructed in the early 1960’s. The building was bought by The Institution of Structural Engineers and was converted to a commercial office building for their headquarters.

 

 

British Land​
 

Ludgate West is a nine storey office building constructed by British Land at 14 Farringdon Street in London EC4. It comprised of 11,400 square metres of speculative office space. An old site was demolished to make way for this new building. The total sum estimated to complete the project was £28.89m.

 

 

Mandeville School​
 

Refurbishment and new extension to the Mandeville School in Ealing Borough. This included new classrooms, a social worker room, sensory room and parent room. This school is for children with special needs who need to be transported via wheelchairs and hoists.
