Continuous investment in computer technology provides access to the latest design software, in-house CAD drawings, plotting and printing for all staff.

Our People

Locksley Green | Founder & Director

Locksley Green, the founder and Principal Director - Electrical Services Engineer/Project Manager for the Company, and has been working in the industry since 2000 when he graduated from South Bank University. He has proven experience in the design, coordination and team leadership from conceptual design to practical completion.

He has vast knowledge in client facing and CA roles. He has had the privilege of designing the Electrical Services for varying types of commercial projects to include, Gatwick Hotel, with the refurbishment of the Waldorf Hotel, British Land Office Development, and a number of varied educational institutions of London schools, colleges and data centre’s, theatre to a range of retail multi-purpose projects. A number of residential projects for developers including St. George's, Land Securities and CIT.

Locksley has been associated with the Company since its inception as a promoter. He is responsible for the overall working of the business and is instrumental in making strategic decisions with the partners for the corporation. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineering (CIBSE) and the Engineering Council.

Scott McDonald | Associate Mechanical Engineer

Scott McDonald Associate mechanical design engineer - Scott has been working in the industry since 2001 when he graduated from South Bank University. He has proven experience in the design, coordination and team leadership from conceptual design to practical completion.

He has vast knowledge in client facing roles. He has had the privilege of designing the Mechanical Services for varying types of commercial projects to include, Balliol College student accommodation, the Wellesley Hotel London, Office Development, and a number of varied educational institutions of London schools, colleges to a range of retail multi-purpose projects. A number of residential projects for a number of developers.

Scott has been associated with the Company since 2017. He is responsible for the design or overseeing of the design of the mechanical services of all projects. Scott has a Bachelors degree in Energy engineering.

Alberta Laryea | Senior Electrical Engineer

Alberta Laryea Senior Electrical design engineer - Alberta has been working in the industry since 2010 when he graduated from South Bank University. He has proven experience in the design, coordination and team leadership from conceptual design to practical completion.

Alberta is an experienced engineer and a good team player, who has worked as part of a team of electrical, mechanical, public health and sustainability engineers providing building services engineering consultancy on a wide variety of projects for over 10 years. She has gained valuable experience in following sectors: Education, Health, Mixed Use, Hotel, Commercial, Heritage, Industrial and Residential by completing designs from concept stage through to construction supervision

Alberta has been associated with the Company since 2018. She is responsible for the design or overseeing of the design of the electrical services of all projects. Alberta has a Bachelors degree in Electrical engineering.
